SINGGEMEINSCHAFT RUNGGADITSCH

Die Singgmeinschaft Runggaditsch wird 1981 im kleinen Ort Runggaditsch am Anfang des Grödnertales von Anton Rabanser gegründet. Mit dem Neubau der St. Josefskirche wird ein größerer Chor gebildet der die Gestaltung der Gottesdienste und Feierlichkeiten neu errichtet.
Nicht nur kirchlichen Dienst soll der Chor wahrnehmen, sondern auch den großen Volksliedschatz des gesamtdeutschen Sprachraums pflegen. Grosse Wertschätzung wird auch der ladinischen Literatur gewidmet, speziell den zahlreichen Werken des einheimischen Komponisten Hans Demetz welche regelmäßig aufgeführt werden.
Erste Teilnahmen an verschiedenen regionalen Wettbewerben wurden bald mit Erfolg belohnt. Zwei Mal in Folge gewinnt die Singgemeinschaft den Volksliederpreis des Südtiroler Chorverbandes.
Auch die klassische Chorliteratur hat die Singgemeinschaft Runggaditsch stets im Auge. So musiziert der Chor an Feiertagen mit Vorliebe Messen aus der Klassik mit kleiner Orchesterbesetzung.
Der Chor wirkte auch bei verschiedenen Großprojekten mit; in Eigenregie „Requiem in C moll“ von Luigi Cherubini mit Partnerchor, „ The armed Man- A Mass for Peace“ von Karl Jenkins mit Orchester Sonoton und Gesamtchören aus Gröden.
Die Singgemeinschaft wagte sich auch an etwas neuere und unterhaltsamere Literatur heran, so eine Konzertreihe im Motto „ Eine Nacht im Tango“ mit Begleitung eines Salonorchesters, und auch Konzertabende mit nostalgischer Musik der 50er Jahre „ So schön, schön war die Zeit“.
Bei der Teilnahme am Wettbewerb „Wertungssingen“ in Innsbruck erreichte der Chor das Prädikat „Sehr Gut“.
Mit einigen Auslandsauftritten beteiligte sich der Chor bei verschiedenen Anlässen im näheren Ausland; z.B.das „Internationale Chöretreffen“ in Val d’ Aosta, Adventsingen Berlin sowie in Prag, Maiandacht in München, Messgestaltung in Salzburg.
Auch beim Konzertprojekt „Harmonie“ von Matthäus Crepaz zusammen mit den Chören des gesamten Bezirkes Salten Schlerns sah sich der Chor beteiligt, und im Jahre 2023 gar bei zwei Projekten, wie das traditionelle Osterkonzert mit dem Kirchenchor aus St. Christina, und die Konzertreihe „Magnificat“ mit dem Ensemble Canticum Novum aus Moena und dem Kirchenchor von Lajen.
Das nächste anstehende Projekt heißt „Grödner Kirchenchöre“wo alle Kirchenchöre Grödens am 19. und 20. Oktober 2024 in der Kirche von St. Ulrich die „Messe in Es Dur „von Franz Schubert zum Besten bringen werden.
Aktuell besteht die Singgemeinschaft aus 27 Sänger- und Sängerinnern aufgeteilt auf vier Stimmlagen; Sopran, Alt, Tenor und Bass. und wird seit 27 Jahren von Friedemann Ploner meisterhaft dirigert. Der Chor ist immer bestrebt und offen sich neuen musikalischen Herausforderungen zu stellen.

Il coro misto di Roncadizza affonda le sue radici nel 1981 in una piccola chiesetta situata alla porte di Ortisei, in Valgardena, grazie allo zelo di Antonio Rabanser.
Con la costruzione della nuova chiesa “St. Josef” inizia l'attività regolare del coro per accompagnare le funzioni religiose durante tutto l'arco dell'anno, ma non si limita solo a questo; infatti il repertorio del coro non si concentra soltanto sui canti di musica sacra, ma si propone anche di preservare le canzoni nel dialetto tirolese e ladino, tesoro della nostra cultura, tanto che i componimenti del compositore Gardenese Hans Demetz vengono, ancora oggi, regolarmente rappresentati in varie occasioni.
Le prime partecipazioni a concorsi regionali sono state subito premiate; infatti il coro ha raggiunto per ben 2 volte consecutive il 2°posto del concorso del “Canto Popolare” in Alto Adige.
Il coro ha anche avuto l'intraprendenza di realizzare progetti importanti come il “Requiem in C moll” di Luigi Cherubini, appoggiato da un coro partner, e la partecipazione al concerto “The Armed Man- a Mass for Peace” di Karl Jenkins, con l'orchestra Sonoton e tutti i cori della Valgardena.
La voglia e la sperimentazione nello sviluppo musicale hanno visto una continua evoluzione, con il risultato di veder attuati con entusiasmo due progetti di intrattenimento musicale un po’ diversi dal solito, i concerti “Eine Nacht im Tango” con l'accompagnamento di un'orchestrina da salone e “So schön, schön war die Zeit” con canti e costumi degli nostalgici anni 50.
Successivamente, in occasione del concorso “Wertungssingen” di Innsbruck, il coro ha raggiunto la valutazione “Molto Buono” .
L'attività continua con numerose partecipazioni e rappresentazioni internazionali al “Concorso Internazionale” in Valle d'Aosta, ai concerti d'Avvento a Berlino e a Praga, alle messe liturgiche cantate di Monaco di Baviera e Salisburgo.
Anche il concerto “Harmonie” di Matthäus Crepaz ha visto la nostra compartecipazione assieme a tutti i cori del Comprensorio dello Sciliar.
Nel 2023 il coro si è impegnato in due lavori importanti; la collaborazione al tradizionale Concerto Pasquale organizzato dal Coro Parrocchiale di Santa Cristina ed alla serie di concerti “Magnificat” organizzato dall’ Ensemble Canticum Novum di Moena e dal Coro Parrocchiale di Laion.
Attualmente si sta già lavorando al monumentale progetto “ Cori della Valgardena” che, come dice già il nome, vedrà la fusione di tutti i suddetti cori che, insieme, saliranno sul palco della chiesa parrocchiale di Ortisei, il 19 e 20 ottobre 2024, con l'interpretazione della “Messa in Es Dur” di Franz Schubert.
Attualmente il gruppo di coristi è composto da 27 membri suddiviso in quattro voci: soprano, alto, tenore e basso. Tra questi spicca senz'altro la figura di Friedemann Ploner che dirige magistralmente il coro da ben 27 anni.
Il coro è sempre aperto, con entusiasmo, a nuove esperienze e sfide musicali.

The Runggaditsch singing community was founded in 1981 in the small town of Runggaditsch at
the entrance of Val Gardena by Anton Rabanser. With the new building of St. Joseph's Church, a larger choir will be formed that will redesign the church services and celebrations.
The choir should not only perform church service, but also cultivate the large treasure trove of folk songs from the entire German-speaking area. Great appreciation is also given to Ladin literature, especially the numerous works by the local composer Hans Demetz, which are performed regul.
The first participations in various regional competitions were soon rewarded with success. The singing community has won the South Tyrolean Choir Association's folk song prize twice in a row.
The Runggaditsch singing community also always keeps an eye on classical choral literature. On public holidays, the choir prefers to play classical masses with a small orchestra.
The choir also took part in various large-scale projects; self-directed “Requiem in C minor” by Luigi Cherubini with a partner choir, “The armed Man- A Mass for Peace” by Karl Jenkins with the Sonoton orchestra and choirs from Val Gardena.
The singing community also ventured into some newer and more entertaining literature, such as a concert series with the motto “A Night in Tango” with the accompaniment of a salon orchestra, and also concert evenings with nostalgic music from the 50s “So beautiful, beautiful was the time”.
When taking part in the “Singing Rating” competition in Innsbruck, the choir achieved the rating “Very Good”.
The choir took part in several appearances abroad on various occasions in nearby countries; e.g. the “International Choir Meeting” in Val d’Aosta, Advent singing in Berlin and in Prague, May Devotion in Munich, mass organization in Salzburg.
The choir participated in the concert project “Harmonie” by Matthäus Crepaz together with the choirs from the entire Salten Schlerns district, and in 2023 even in two projects, such as the traditional Easter Concert with the church choir from St. Christina, and the concert series “Magnificat “ with the Ensemble Canticum Novum from Moena and the church choir from Laion.
The next upcoming project is called “Grödner Church Choirs” where all church choirs in Val Gardena will perform Franz Schubert’s “Mass in E flat major” in the church of Ortisei on October 19th and 20th, 2024.
The singing community currently consists of 27 male and female singers divided into four vocal ranges; soprano, alto, tenor and bass - and has been masterfully conducted by Friedemann Ploner for 27 years. The choir is always eager and willing to take on new musical challenges.
