COR DE DLIËJA S.CRISTINA

Der Kirchenchor St. Christina unter der Leitung von Aaron Demez ist mit Sicherheit der älteste des Tales, denn unsere Kirche war seit 1443 die Mutterkirche des Tales. Bezüglich der Gründung gibt es keine Dokumente. Die ältesten Noten im Archiv sind ein "Tantum ergo" von D. Müller, das 1842 angekauft wurde, sowie ein Auferstehungschor von Joseph Metz aus dem Jahr 1847. Aus den Anmerkungen geht hervor, dass die "Musikbandn" diese Noten für den Chor erworben haben. Es scheint, dass Musikkapelle und Chor einst ein einziger Verein waren. Wann eine Trennung erfolgte, lässt sich nicht genau feststellen.

Non ci sono documenti riguardanti la sua fondazione. Le partiture più antiche nell'archivio sono un "Tantum ergo" di D. Müller, acquistato nel 1842, e un coro di risurrezione di Joseph Metz del 1847. Dalle annotazioni risulta che le "Musicbandn" hanno acquistato queste partiture per il coro. La banda musicale e il coro erano probabilmente un'unica associazione. Non è possibile stabilire con precisione quando avvenne una separazione. 

The parish choir of Santa Cristina Val Gardena, under the direction of Aaron Demez, is certainly the oldest in the valley, as our church has been the mother church of the valley since 1443. There are no documents regarding its founding. The oldest scores in the archive are a "Tantum ergo" by D. Müller, purchased in 1842, and a Resurrection Choir by Joseph Metz from 1847. From the annotations, it appears that the "Musicbandn" purchased these scores for the choir. The music band and the choir were likely a single association. It is not possible to determine exactly when a separation occurred.
